To Crush or Not to crush?

Yee Lyn was asking me.. would i be happier crushing on someone or not having someone to crush at all..
My answer?? = YES! surprisingly..

True la.. liking someone can be very "sam foo" especially if you don't get the ending you were hoping for.. look from it from another angle.. wouldn't that love for a person give you a sorta blissful feeling that makes you wanna soar into the sky...? errmm occasionally la.. sky tak ada traffic patrol..

Take me for example.. remembering my very 1st crush.. how i would blush when he was around.. how i would sneak looks at him when I think he isn't looking (wich of course means he p'bly is..) how I would smile ear to ear ALL DAY like that irritatating cat in Alice in wonderland.. wat is it chestrie cat is it.. after talking to him for like 5 minutes.. ok.. very stupid.. but hey I was young.. but come to think of it.. unintentionally.. I actually had a blast.. =)

Another thumbs up= at the end of it.. you guys move on and everybody can still stay friends.. as oppose to a bad break up where it concludes with.. "Shit LA.. that fugly jerk.. shouldn't have dated him!.. waste time only.. sigh".. summore you mite tend to drift from some frens to avoid.. uh hum.. any 'awkardness' with ur ex..

People!! there is a reason it is called a CRUSH! It will hurt! (in most cases) But then again which relationship doesn't.. believe it or not.. with the maybe heart wrenching experience.. comes growth and experience..

to gain love.. we have to start loving first..

Piece of advice.. go out there, LOVE and get crushed.. at least at the end you can say.. "Hey.. no regrets!"

Battle of the SEXES..

I was thinking.. which sex BETTER OFF.. ok ok.. there may be no such thing but wat are the good and bad of both sexes.. Lets weigh it out..

PRO + MALE>>

1. less fashion fuss.. guys can always look "YUM" in wearing just a crisp white t- shirt and a pair of slacks..
2. fashion for formal events.. all they need is a different shirt!! guys can wear the same suit for years and no one can tell... hmph! Summore no need for make-up artists or hairdressers.. a shower, a lil gel and they are ready to go.. haiya..
3. guys are easy going.. friendships are laid back.. if all was bad.. a punch in the face, "KE POW" and the next day.. they are still friends.. (i dun get it!.. =P) whilst with girls A LOT of talking and communicating involve with every squabble..
4. guys noe what they want in relationships and go for it..
5. they can open bottles and stuff in a snap.. hardly needing to flex a muscle.. (grumble), they are physically stronger.. (sings:macho macho man.. i wanna be a macho man)
6. lets face it.. they are better then us when it comes to cars and electronic stuff.. sigh..
7. dun have to shave! guys with hair are suppose to be manly.. girls with hair is just gross.. have u tried a wax.. it looks OWw..!
8. it is SO much easier for guys to lose weight! when girls put on a few pounds.. it goes straight to the ass & thighs.. with guys.. it just falls thud to the stomach.. shyt!
9. NO PREGNANCY.. nO LAbOUR PAIN..
10. when they shop.. they shop for what they need whilst we girls buy when there's a discount! (eventhough we dun need it.. blushes)

1. We have a lot more types of fashion to explore.. accessories.. heels or flats.. shorts or minis.. hair up or down.. but wich also means more money.. CHA CHING! $$
2. we can scream our heads off or cry our hearts out in movies whilst guys have to "ren" (hold it in) to be uh hum.. MAN!!
3. we are are more emotionally sensitive towards most issues
4. we can hold hands with other girls in public and not to be called gay.. haha.. actually.. i dun get this one.. y can't guys hold hands if girls can??
5. we care too much.. every word.. every feeling.. is that a pro or con?

INTRODUCING~!!

Miss Olympia and Miss International Bold and Beautiful..

Ok.. Miss Olympia is a pageant for women in Body Building.. so basically the girl with the biggest muscles wins~!! These girls have GIGANTIC muscles and i mean MASSIVE!! I am seriously impressed by these women.. take for example the 7th winner Joanne Thomas (hope i got the name right).. she worked bloody hard to get the body she has.. sacificed being with her family and her life.. and sorry to say this.. they sacrifice their body! these women in body building look like men.. their muscles are so big u can practically see the veins popping out.. and to have their ideal body.. they should only have 3% body fat.. wich is dem little la.. an average girl has 10% - 15% body fat.. when they have i think under 5% body fat.. they lose their hormones.. their voices start to change becoming rough n hoarse.. to the extent that the only way for them to still look like women is to get breast implants..! As if all that wasn't sacrifice enough.. they have to keep to a strict diet of dry meat and protein powder.. bleH~!!.. yuckk!.. I see them dem "cham".. their muscles are so HEAVY that even flexing them takes up a lot of energy which they DUN HAVE because of their diet..

Next presenting.. DRUM ROLL>> Miss International Bold and Beautiful..

This is a pageant especially but plus sized girls.. the lightest amongst them weighs around 104kgs.. haha.. yea.. A LOT!! According to these girls.. they unlike the girls from other pageants like Miss World.. who eat close to nothing.. they are the ones living life.. eating the food~! dun get me worng.. I'm all for trying different types of goodies but there is such a thing portion control! I mean there ARE other ways to enjoy life..!
But... these larger then life girls do have spirit and are filled with enthusiasm.. they go strutting on stage filled with confidence and smiles shaking their booty basically having a good time..! The winner was Miss Virgin Islands.. some of the girls weren't too happy as the contest was held there so it is assumed that she would have more supporters..

I seriously dunno wat is wrong with the world.. how can we base our entertainment on people jeopardizing their health? To join this so called contests.. they are suppose to have dem little body fat or way too much? LIke.. hello.. so being overweight or muscular in a pageant is suppose to bring a country pride? I dun really get it.. They should be promoting contests like the International Biggest Loser or something.. at least at the end even if participants don't get medals.. they definately walk away a winner!! Right?

Forever love? True or false? Hmm.. we all wonder.. is there such a thing as "true love"? And most importantly.. how would we know when we find it.. i mean IS there a scientific discovery to prove this?.. sadly.. NOpe!

Haha.. the funny thingg is.. me and lee yee were just saying that day.. do we actually believe such a thing? this fragile thing we call love that we can't touch or hold? that can slip away in the blink of an eye? can we actually find that one person we would want to spend the rest of our lives with? would we.. haha.. wud we actually "GO BALLISTIC" at the last possible moment n become "fugitives" of our own weddings?

Like most questions?.. there IS no answer.. well.. there is an answer but no definate answer.. Hmm.. mebbe there is no such thing as true love.. but as we noe.. ppl are often all in denial.. so we choose to believe that watever we are experiencing at the moment is LOVE.. then when this new guy comes along.. we would be like no no.. this NEW dude is my, now HE is my "SOULMATE".. at this speed.. we can have like a GEJILLION soulmates b4 we hit 40.. wow.. thats a whole lot.. haha.. mebbe u can even form a football team and call it.. "Ashley's" (or watever your name is) Soulmates.. heck.. u mite even be able to form 2 teams and have them fight it out.. heheh..

My perception of love?
is.. 1st comes lust.. 2nd comes love?.. 3rd comes Habit.. and lastly Responsiblity.. mind you.. with each level.. the one b4 disappears.. at least thats what i think.. am i wrong to think this way? i seriously dun noe.. but how is it we can depend our whole lives on this "LOVE"? would we wake up one day and finally know what it is? I for one.. seriously doubt it..

I miss home! A place where i feel most comfortable in.. a place with endless memories.. a house filled with love.. squabbles and also the most important people in my life! The love of my life! Amak..(granny) daddy.. mammi.. jie jie.. kakak, Ibu Ass, Embak(means big sister in Indon) Seri, Kak Lina..

A place with all kinds of animals.. our dogs! Silver.. Ruby and Avrial! Our Japanese coils with 2 turtles in the pond outside.. wich kak lina loves! The salt water fishes in the tank inside.. The goldfishes in the tiny pond outside my rent's bedroom.. not forgetting stitch.. my sister's goldfish with no eyes because my mum put him with the saltwater fishes and.. ya.. the fat stray cats that are always pregnant (i dunno y..) and lazing around the garden.. occasionally coming in to steal my dog's food.. the frogs that live in the ponds which present an ochestra without fail EVERY nite!.. grrr.. the squirrels that we see every now and then scamperin around.. birds chirping in the wee hours.. and the bejillion plants and flowers mum keeps everywhere!..
